I asked them not to include cinnamon, but they did. I also requested no ice, and they added ice anyway. I told them my name is SAM, but they spelled it SAF. It's one thing to make a mistake on one item, but it's impressive to get three things wrong in one order!
I found the portions to be quite disappointing—just a quarter of a strawberry and three pieces of broccoli. I really wish I was getting more for my money.
Seems they're trying to be more a small super market than a convenient store. 2 years ago a liter Pepsi was $2.08 now they only sell the smaller 16oz for $1.99
In general, the food is similar to what's served in the dining hall, but I sometimes find it to be better here. Portions vary based on how generous the student workers are, as you get to choose a scoop of this and a scoop of that. If a dish is popular, it can run out quickly, meaning you might have to wait for a refill or opt for something else. Payment options include credit cards, Bearbucks, and guest swipes. A typical meal costs around $10, which isn’t the best value unless you’re using meal swipes. Since the dining hall closes at 8:30 PM, it's a great option for a late-night meal. However, keep in mind that the same rule of one meal swipe per meal period applies. For example, if you use a meal swipe at the dining hall for lunch (between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM), you can’t use another at the Market during the same meal period, and vice versa.
