Panini Kabob Grill Riverside

The food is amazing! The hummus is freshly made and simply delicious. The chicken panini with pesto was perfectly roasted and full of flavor. We did have to wait a bit to be seated, as they seemed to be short-staffed. However, once our waitress arrived, she was very friendly.

This will likely be one of my last visits to this restaurant. I have been coming here for many years, but I’ve noticed that the takeout portions have been steadily decreasing. This time, I spoke with a manager named Taylor, who insisted that the rice portions are appropriately sized, though I found the amount in my container to be lacking. I had previously talked with another manager who suggested I mention the portion issues next time, promising to ensure a proper serving of rice. Unfortunately, he was not present during this visit, and Taylor explained that this is just how they do things now. I think it's time for me to find another place that values its customers and serves more generous portions. I ordered the chicken skewer plate meant to serve 2-3 people, but it barely satisfies 2.

I understand that vegetables can get a bit charred when grilled, but a completely black exterior is unacceptable, especially when they claim it's enjoyable and normal. Additionally, it took nearly 30 minutes for our food to be ready, and there were only five tables occupied in the restaurant. On a positive note, the falafel packaging is great, and one of the servers was very professional and friendly. However, the others insisted that the burnt food was normal, which it definitely is not.

Falafel scarf was so delicious! Very fresh ingredients and for $14 serving size is enormous???? I definitely come back!

Panini Kabob Grill in Riverside in the Galleria at Tyler. It was a good experience to eat here closer to home. I enjoyed the atmosphere and everyone was nice. I also liked the look of the restaurant. I Ordered the Chicken Kabob with Rice and Mediterranean Salad. I also ordered Tzatziki ? Let me just say that the Chicken Kabob was tender and flavorful. Overall it was tasty and satisfying ?.
