Papa John's Pizza - Riverside

The food was excellent, and the staff member was extremely helpful. This was my first visit in quite a while, and I was impressed by the high quality of the dishes. The employee was polite, courteous, and attentive. I always encourage supporting local businesses!

I have ordered from this restaurant three times now, and each time the pizza arrives quickly, fresh, and warm! The dough is absolutely delicious! I am giving it 5 stars primarily because of the excellent customer service. Today, there was a problem with the wrong sauce on one of my pizzas, but they redelivered it without any hassle or fuss. I really appreciate that, especially since my kids only eat the classic tomato sauce.

After trying everything I could on the app, I called the store. I spoke to a guy who either was in Pakistan or had parents from there—he was very polite and took my order and address. But then he informed me that they don’t deliver to my area, even though Google Assistant said this was the closest Papa John’s to my home. Well, at this point, I thought I’d just settle for some fried chicken and waffles for dinner, although that feels like a rule violation unless you live in a mobile home park. Frito pie, anyone? So, no pizza from Papa John’s for me, and it’s certainly not my fault. That’s my review—take it or leave it!
