Pho Ha - Riverside

Called for pickup. Repeated order 5 times still received incorrect order missing meatballs in several of our pho. Packaging was great.Food: 3/5

The pho is delicious! Most of the staff are friendly and helpful although there can be a language barrier for some that struggle in English but by far the best pho in the area. #16 and #17 are my favorite go to. The rare steak and add shrimp and then the meatball pho very goodFood: 5/5

First got my order wrong, then found a bug in my next soup. Also bad customer service. Don’t recommend

The food was not that good. I love Vietnamese food and thought I would try this place out. I walked in, and several tables had old dishes on them, and it wasn't super clear if you seat yourself or if they seat you. The server sat me down was gone for about a minute, then stood at my table, waiting for me very impatiently to find what I wanted to eat on the menu. When you have never been to a place before, this is very annoying. I rushed to order my food. My appetizers came out after the main dish. The main dish was rice with beef stew. This wasn't bad. I have had much better. The rolls were not well rolled, and the peanut sauce wasn't very good. My spring rolls still had cling film on them. They don't co.e round to see if you need anything. I'm not sure if everyone there is rude or just the male server. Even when I was checking out, he seemed to be inconvenienced by me. Overall, not a good night. I'm already feeling a bit sick in the stomach as well.
