Dan Holcomb (District Manager), please address the issues at this store. It has already failed three times. The food being served is significantly below acceptable standards and quality. This is certainly not how BBQ wings should be presented—there seems to be a lack of effort in preparation.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to an employee wearing greyish clothes (possibly a senior staff member) with red hair. She was the rudest person I've encountered in a dining establishment. For no apparent reason, she shouted at me when I merely inquired about a message I had received stating my order was ready. I didn't provoke her; I just asked a simple question. I urge the management to address this behavior, as it is not acceptable. She needs to reconsider her attitude.

This restaurant offers the best crispy sandwiches that are served warm. The biscuits are soft and delightful, and the mashed potatoes with gravy are fantastic. I highly recommend dining here at night for the best experience!

Food is good. Wait wasnt to be bad for 24 nuggets. But hygiene is questionable. Washing hands needs to be prioritized and taken very seriously people.

Worst place ever ! Not only do they always get your order and change wrong ! They never have any shrimp !! Who ever is the manager needs to be FIRED ! This has been going on forever ! Do not go here !!!! Magnolia is where I'm going from now on ! At least they know what a 50 cent piece is !!! Worst place
