Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Riverside

I've ordered from this restaurant many times, and unfortunately, they've never gotten my orders right. The place is extremely dirty and overall quite unappealing. The only positive aspect I can mention is that even though the dispensers are empty of napkins and straws, you can find plenty of napkins in the bathroom—on the ceiling, in the toilet, on the walls, in the sink, and on the floor. I would not recommend coming here.

I ordered an 8-piece meal, but my order was incorrect, so I had to ask them to fix it. When I got home and tried the coleslaw, it smelled and tasted awful, so I ended up having to throw it away. Overall, my experience wasn't good. They really need to improve their service and food quality, as it could potentially make a customer sick.

This is the dirtiest Popeyes I've ever visited. The dining room could use a fresh coat of paint, as the walls are scratched up, and the tables are dirty. The napkin dispensers are empty, and the men's restroom is in terrible shape—no soap, the sink is stuck in one position, and there’s no toilet paper. The drink station is also filthy. On the bright side, my chicken sandwich was fantastic! However, I won't be returning to this location until they improve the restaurant’s conditions. It also felt like the air conditioning was broken; they had the kitchen door open with a fan blowing air from the bathroom hallway into the kitchen. Get it together, guys!

I went in to order during my lunch break from a work place near by and 15 minutes of waiting and other customers who arrived after me receiving their meals I still had not, when I asked the cashier where was my order they were very confused and my orderhad not even been started I asked for a refund as my lunch break was nearly over and I still have not received my refund, veryunsatisfied.

I liked the nuggets with honey, they were moist and crispy. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich was a little salty to mine, and the Cajun-Fries were stale. overall friendly staff.
