I absolutely adore this restaurant! I have been coming here during the holidays for the past few years. The food is amazing, but what really sets this place apart is the staff - they are all absolutely fantastic. Every time I have visited, it has been worth the wait in line (which one time was an hour long). The workers are sociable, friendly, and sweet, and they all have a wonderful smile on their faces (even though it's evident through their masks). There was even a girl going around sanitizing while we were waiting in line. They are always organized and ready to take orders. This is what excellent customer service looks like, and I will definitely be back every time to place my order. Many thanks to Honey Baked Ham for making my holiday dinners so much easier to prepare, especially with children. And a big thank you for getting my order correct today! I love this place!

Hello, I really enjoy your food and the atmosphere at your restaurant, but it's currently 2020 and we are in the midst of a pandemic. It would be great if you could implement a virtual queue system to avoid long wait times. My friend had to wait in line for 3 hours along with many other customers, which is not safe or necessary. Please prioritize the safety and time of your customers by implementing a more efficient system.

I don't know that many folks have honeybaked at the top of mind when thinking of a sandwich shop, they think of the ham for the holidays. They are missing out. I've been to the location near my work in orange and now this one. Both outstanding.
