Contribuisci feedbackWe consistently receive excellent service whenever we dine there. I do wish the lobby was open a bit more often, but the drive-thru works well, and they always do a fantastic job of getting our orders right.
I found the service at the drive-up window to be quite impatient. They seemed to expect me to know my order the moment I pulled up, and then kept asking every 10 seconds if I was ready, even after I mentioned that I'd let them know when I was. It was quite frustrating! The curly fries were stale and crumbled easily. My Coke tasted unpleasant, and my beef and cheddar sandwich looked like it had been hastily prepared by a three-year-old. I won’t be coming back to this location.
Arby's has really declined lately. I'm not sure what went wrong, but the roast beef was not appealing at all—it was mushy and unappetizing. Additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed with my visit and likely won't be returning anytime soon.
Awesome spot! The customer service is excellent—very friendly and accommodating. The food meets expectations, and the dining area is clean and well-maintained.
Melissa was incredibly kind and really enhanced my drive-thru experience, making it much better than any fast food place I've been to. Thank you, Arby's, and thank you, Melissa!
