Have never written a review somewhere before but feel upper management should know. Leaving 3 children to run the store in the evening with no management isn’t the best move. Rude, unfriendly and unhelpful, dirty tables and trash everywhere. Long wait times for the 5 people waiting for sandwiches in here while the kids mess around with one another in the back. Restaurant is very dirty. Not a single clean table. Food all over the floor and windows extremely dirty. My husband ordered a sandwich and I ordered the Wagyu Blu salad. I asked for a fork to eat my salad and they couldn’t find one. Told me they were sorry, but they were out of forks. I asked the manager for a refund, as I was going to eat the salad at a clean outside table, but they had no forks. The food is good but I'm annoyed that this is considered a full size salad. It doesn't even fill the container all the way. Paid too much for nothing

Been to this shop twice and both times disappointed. Others have been ossome.
