Domino's Pizza - Riverton

The representative suggested they could offer me a 2-liter soda as compensation, but I didn't want a cold drink; I wanted my pizza! Then they promised to remake my order and deliver it within 30 minutes. But come 7:30 PM—two hours after my original delivery time—still no pizza had arrived. I called once more, requesting a full refund, only to be told they had run out of pizza sauce, which didn't make any sense for my order. I attempted to contact the company via email, but they did not respond to my concerns. It was truly terrible service. **Update on 10/11/22:** I managed to reach Don on the phone, and he was amazing! Not only did we receive a refund, but they also remade our entire order and delivered it free of charge today. Thank you, Don, for understanding our frustration!

The only reason why it gets a star is because the employee was friendly. Apart from that, no teller, no tassen and hardly serviettes to be able to eat with my children at the place.

This place is disappointing. Our pizza took over an hour to arrive. I tried calling three times, but no one picked up. It's completely unacceptable. Is there even a manager on duty here? Now we have to drive to pick up our pizza when we already paid for delivery.

I would advise against going there! I wouldn’t even give it a single star. This has happened to me multiple times, but today was the worst. My pick-up time was changed three times, and we ended up waiting in the car for an hour. When I finally went inside, they told me it could be another 25 minutes. From the moment I placed my order to the estimated pick-up time, it took two hours. I can understand if they provided that time upfront, but frequently changing the times and not being sure when the food would be ready is ridiculous. Save your time, energy, and money!

I ordered over an hour ago and the tracker says it’s still in prep. They won’t answer the phone.
