Little Caesars Pizza - Riverton

So don’t expect to actually wait in the store as you’re not allowed too. Was told by a staff member that I have to wait outside. I don’t know if this is a new policy or what , but it is weird

First experience when walking through the door was the employee was sitting off to the side of the counter. I got a hot and ready cheese pizza, crazy bread, and the new pizza bites. The crazy bread was a little cold but edible and the bites were great. The pizza however is harder than rock. Not hot and ready. More like overdone and outdated. When I tried calling 3 times, no answer.

Unfortunately utah is not know for outstanding pizza but little Ceasars is very underrated in my opinion in this very disappointing pizza race!!!

The cashier didn’t ask for a name on the order so my ordered didn’t get placed I asked about how much time it would be was told 5-10 mins waited about 15-20 mins nothing so I asked again he told me another 5-10 mins waited another 20 mins and finally one of the workers asked me what I was waiting on and I told my name and order and he finally started my order so in the end I waited about an hour for 1 pizza if it wasn’t for that worker asking me about my order and the food being good it would’ve been 1 star workers need to make sure they’re getting names for the orders and not ignoring customers I work in the service industry and never have I ever ignored a customer it’s rude and very unprofessional.

After so many years of subpar pizzas coming out of here the last 2 times we have ordered they have been fantastic! Thank you for the amazing pizzas!!! Keep doing the good work!
