Subway - Riverton

Tried to let them know that they messed up the order and it was inedible since the lettuce was brown and the steak tasted like tuna. When my father called, the guy gave an attitude and said I just work here and you 're the one buying it . Talk about not caring about your job at all. And then he hung up on my father. Thank you for the AWFUL customer service. Hope you get fired buddy??

My stepson and I came into this particular subway (Riverton Utah)to get dinner tonight (3 What’s the date today (3/6/24) There was a gentleman behind the counter and it appeared he was on the phone with someone and he was swearing like a sailor. Me, my son and another customer were just beside ourselves with disgust. I don’t know why he felt it necessary to talk like that with other people in the lobby, but it should not of happened. I’m very disappointed in the service we received because the way he was talking out loud. It is my opinion and everybody else sitting around me that he should be reprimanded in someway.I am not happy about his.

Angel the new manager is great she always makes the best sandwiches ever. She is very nice.

The workers here are kind and helpful! I was greeted by a nice lady who was happy to ask me about my day and make conversation. They had my sandwich ready as soon as I arrived!

Considering the lady was working by herself, and it took a while, the customer service was amazing and the sandwich quality was even better get this girl some help
