Order was wrong from drive true and was to far to go back

June 14, 2024@ 845 came to pick up Uber eats order and they were just rude. Told me to wait twenty minutes for the order, locked me out the lobby, and still had to wait in drive thru for an extra twenty minutes. Wasted my time and still they didn't have the order. They wouldn't give me corporate office number to let them know what happened. Y'all need better workers....

I just got out of the hospital and Kitty is a ray of sunshine..so friendly and made us both smile and laugh..So helpful..I haven't had fast food in 3 yrs..I definitely will be going back. SHE MADE OUR DAY

Very pleasant experience at this KFC location on 05/23/2024 I believe the employee said her name was either Monique or Monet sorry however with the inside being a little busy she still was very welcoming, super friendly, and fast. My food was also fresh and tasty. Now that is what you call A1 customer service! which I haven't had in a long time. (Happy Customer!
