Chick-fil-a - Riverview

Went to drive thru 1/25/24. Waited in line of cars for 25 min to find out they were out of the majority of food! This was after I was trapped in the line and couldn't order anything because they basically had 2 things available. It was actually unbelievable, staff seemed unmanaged and whole experience was disappointing. Go visit a Chic fil A in North Carolina ~you will not experience this terrible service and experience. Complete waste of time and money

Worst experience ever! Waited in line forever only to find no spicy chicken and the only side I could get is a fruit cup or mac n cheese, really no fries!! I'm still waiting for my 2 chicken sandwiches!! Unbelievable!! 40 minute wait to get my 2 chicken sandwiches. Oh wait, they gave me a free Mac n cheese!

Ordered chicken, egg, and cheese muffin and had the cheese removed. Received through doordash and there is no egg. Called Chick-fil-a and they told me I needed to contact Doordash even though they made the mistake. They would rather doordash give me a refund, meaning the driver won't get paid for a mistake they paid.

Worst location I have ever been to. They need to rethink the management and employees. The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered at a chick fil a.

This is a new location on 301. It's your typical setup for the drive thur, two lanes going into one pick-up window. And just like all the other locations, the parking area is tight and very hectic. I normally get the original chicken sandwich meal with FF. The chicken is tender and nicely coated and cooked. However, the size of the chicken is getting smaller. I still love it, but I wished we got the bigger chicken pieces. The FF were cooked perfectly.
