Contribuisci feedbackAbsolutely not, such a irresponsible establishment who lacks accountability for their actions,My friend Laura and her daughter visited this place and ordered a kids meal which consisted of 2 tenders ,fries , drink. Now when the food arrived she was surprised there was only one tender, the server apologized and stated she would sneak a extra tender, she received a tender with a white residue when she spoke up about it she was told it was eggs she posted a video on social media ,which then led to the CEO reaching out to her , stating she was complaining about an extra tender in compensation they refunded $22 , and was told it was extra nutrients . Folks anyone who can see is able to recognize that this does not look like nutrients whatsoever do better Eggs Up Grill.
Best thing here is the service. I have been here once before with my friend, so I thought I'd bring my hubby here since we were in the area. He ordered an eggs Benedict and I ordered grits and also a drink since they drink was free with Yelp Check in. I got the sunrise drink and cheese grits and bacon. It was okay and my husband thought the eggs Benedict was on the plain side. Our server whom I had last time, I acknowledged remembering her from my first visit. She is very friendly and helpful and super service with a smile. The ambiance here is nice like a modern diner and also feels clean. Unfortunately, I do think their breakfast menu items are just okay.
The food is standard breakfast fare no complaints there. The staff is nice. But I've been here twice now and my friends have been many times since they live in a nearby neighborhood and we all share the same experience extreme wait times. Prepare for this to be a 3 hour long experience on the weekend. The wait times are double what they quote you when they put your name on the waitlist. If they say 20 minutes, it will be 45. They don't take reservations or allow you to list yourself ahead of time. If the kitchen is backed up, which it often is, they will slow their output and seating of people. The food will also take a very long time to come out when they do this. Meanwhile there are empty tables in the restaurant. Clearly they are ill prepared to meet the demands of their restaurant at capacity and don't value their customers time. By the time our table was ready this recent time my friends couldn't stay and wait for the time it would likely take for food so I canceled our table and ate at the bar by myself. As a response to the message I received, I have worked in hospitality for the last 10 years. Which is why I feel this is not right. It is obvious that this happens every single weekend so there's really no good reason to be dishonest with your customers about wait times if slowing down the kitchen is routine practice.
My wife and I went there Sunday morning around 10 am. Went we checked in with the zero personality hostess no smile and welcome she asked for my cell number and said it would be only 5-10 minutes even though there were 5 tables and 3 booths open. I received the text as I turned around and was standing 5 feet from the hostess. I figured it was the checkin text. As we watched her seat two other groups without the text question. I asked she forgot us to be told I sent A text. We did not Appreciate the hostess attitude, so once seated we got up and left.
Very long wait for food. 40 minutes to an hour wait even after being acknowledged by staff. Turns out the restaurant gave my delivery order to another delivery driver. Instead of the restaurant making the order again to save my time and to ensure the food was not compromised the restaurant had the other driver return the order to the restaurant to give to me. They did a quick check of the food. I personally would never eat from this place.
