Poor customer service. I received an item through delivery that was not as described. When i went into the store to ask for an exchange they refused and the guy was rude.

Gretchen's Goodies is fantastic and impressive! The place is super clean, and the service is friendly. I've tried desserts all over, but theirs are top-notch. The textures are fresh, NOT TOO SWEET, unlike other spots. It's a hidden gem in the area. Highly recommend!
