Conca D'oro - Riverwood

Wayne and I were extremely pleased with our decision to hold our ceremony and reception at Conca D'oro. From the moment we walked into the venue to inquire about their wedding packages, we were impressed by the excellent customer service provided by Fran. She showed genuine passion for weddings, the venue, and the high quality of food and service they offer. Despite our limited budget and the challenges faced by the wedding industry due to COVID19, Fran never made us feel like just another transaction. She truly cared about her job and forming connections with people. Fran listened to all of our requests, answered our questions, and made sure our wedding day was everything we had envisioned. The centerpieces, food, and decorations were all beautiful, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The beef cheeks, calamari, and desserts were particularly outstanding. Everyone had a great time, including the kids, parents, and staff. Wayne and I were especially happy with how our wedding turned out. The only suggestion for improvement would be the sound system at the Regal, as there were occasional issues with static or loud jolts during videos. However, this was a minor issue for us and we would still choose Conca D'oro again if we had to do it all over. Thank you to Fran and the team at Conca D'oro for making our day so special. Conca D'Oro went above and beyond to make our day so special! They were able to accommodate all of our requests and made us feel relaxed throughout the entire process. We received great feedback about the night and everything was amazing - the food, service, and staff all contributed to making our night so special. Francesca and the team did a fantastic job leading up to the wedding and their hard work really shone through on the night.

We chose Concad'oro for our wedding and worked with Luisa throughout the entire process. She was a delight to work with, fulfilling all of our requests and making us feel relaxed and comfortable. She was especially kind to my stepchildren, treating them to dessert and giving them a tour of the venue. This was a contrast to other vendors who were less welcoming to children. The day went smoothly, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend Concad'oro, especially if you can work with Luisa! 10/10.

I would without hesitation recommend Conco D’Oro for your next event. Francesca was so easy to deal with and happy to cater to all our requests and attend to our queries. She is one of the most genuine people I have come across in my life and one of the main reasons I chose Conco D’Oro.

We had our wedding reception in the Conca Doro Regal Ballroom, and we couldn't have asked for a better evening. From the get go, Sam patiently guided us through the initial planning down to the smallest details, and made everything so easy. On the night, Luke and the boys were very accommodating of a slight schedule adjustment for a late running groomsman, and their professionalism and friendliness put us at ease immediately. From the moment we stepped out of the limo, we were whisked away into the cosy bridal room and instructed to relax and enjoy canapes while final preparations were made upstairs. The venue was decked out to perfection; so much care went into ensuring everything was even better than I imagined, and the ambiance was just wonderful. Walking into the beautiful ballroom was a magical experience, and the rest of the evening was no less enchanting.
