Castaway's Sports Grill Singer Island

The Music from Victoria was 5star however the service wasn’t present. I walked in and asked where to go for service; a waitress told me to sit anywhere and someone would find me… apparently I wasn’t noticed. 10 minutes later no one came to serve me… (i shouldn’t have to look twice for service or ask someone again to take my money so I left) Reply I think it shows a businesses opportunity to grow when they’re willing to to make something right that didn’t go as planned. And so I changed my one star review to a three.

We stumbled into a very fun Bingo Night at Castaway's. The grouper sandwich was amazing, pizza came out over cooked at first and without us saying anything they told us they were cooking another pizza for us since the first one was over cooked. Our server, Tommy, was awesome and helped enhance our visit greatly! Drinks were cold, food was delicious and the Bingo Night was a blast! Highly recommend this place, we will be back soon.

Castaways are so friendly and like our family the Thanksgiving food was good. They gave us Thanksgiving meal for free because had no money to buy it. We love you Andrew and the entire staff. Natalie, Sarah , Sheer just everyone

Highlight of our time here was Joey our server. He was an absolute delight to have and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a great one. The beer cheese and pretzels alone is enough of a reason to come back but it was the service that really did it for us. The service we received is even better than most high end restaurants in the area, we will be coming back and asking for him, thank you Joey!

I had fun there. More a bar than a restaurant in atmosphere, live music, good drinks. Waiter blamed the bar for delay in bringing drinks. Stood over me as I used credit card machine fro tip and to rate the place. Gave me a look when I rated service slow. Reminded him it was the bartenders fault as he told me. He didn't appreciate that. Wait staff should look away and NOT ever shoulder of customer using the machine. I don't give in to that kind of pressure. pressure. All in all, had a great time.
