Contribuisci feedbackI returned the next day and was completely disappointed. There was no one taking orders or answering the drive-thru, even though someone was inside walking around! I called the corporate office for all three locations in West Palm Beach. I hope to see some improvements soon! We work hard for our money, so why isn't the service and quality consistent? COVID is behind us, and some businesses seem lazier than ever! On a positive note, the sweet tea was perfectly sweet, the food was fresh and prepared exactly as I requested, and the customer service was good. I also appreciate that they stay open late for those of us who work later hours.
Always bustling with activity, this Dunkin' never fails to deliver top-notch service. It's consistently the finest Dunkin' I've experienced!
I went through the drive-thru, but my coffee was messed up, so I went inside. The assistant manager, Tiara, fixed my drink immediately and without any hesitation. She was very kind and apologized for the mistake made by the other staff. I really appreciate her help!
The ladies there are always great; fun and personable. Pricey these days... Not like it used to be, the new pricing must for that Ben Affleck commercial. If I'm paying almost 4.50 for a medium iced coffee they can put some profit into decent equipment for the staff so they can do their job efficiently. Additionally, they often don't have menu items or enough staff.
Workers were working hard but I waited in lobby 20 minutes from arrival to departure. When I got the food the donut was stale, hot chocolate tasted like hot brown water and cinnamon raisin bagel was very low on raisins (not the fault of the workers).
