Upon entering the restaurant, I quickly noticed the slow service, with only one inexperienced employee at the register and no additional cashiers to assist customers. After waiting for over 15 minutes with no progress on my order, I politely asked for an update. To my astonishment, the staff member dismissed my inquiry, claiming I had just arrived and had only been waiting for a minute, which was far from the truth. I had been there for quite a while and had not even received a receipt for my order. When the store manager, Mr. Desmond, finally appeared, his response was disheartening. He showed little interest in resolving the issue and offered no apology or acknowledgment of the mismanagement. Furthermore, when I requested information about the store owner's contact or higher management, Mr. Desmond refused to provide it, leaving me without a way to escalate my concerns. What was particularly frustrating was the staff member's refusal to recognize the mix-up or apologize for the inconvenience. It was clear that the employees lacked the necessary training to handle such situations and showed little empathy toward customers. Overall, my experience at Popeyes Store Number 4549 was extremely unsatisfactory. I sincerely hope management sees this incident as a chance to enhance their service and foster a greater sense of accountability among their staff. Proper training and a commitment to addressing customer concerns are essential for ensuring that patrons are treated with respect and professionalism.
The restaurant had no air conditioning, and the floors were dangerously slick. After driving ten hours, I was really disappointed to have such a poor experience. I felt so nauseous from the heat indoors that I couldn't even eat. It was definitely a one-star experience.
The staff here are extremely unprofessional. They frequently mess up my orders. I was charged full price for 36 nuggets but received only 19, and the chicken was incredibly bland and lacked seasoning. It tasted like it had been microwaved, left out for about five hours, and then reheated. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. I won't be ordering from this place again.
I drive for Uber Eats, and every time I go to this establishment to pick something up, they're incompetent as hell. I had to repeatedly ask the staff for attention, and was ignored twice before I was finally acknowledged. The two people that were already there had missing items from their order, and I heard shouting and arguing in the back of the kitchen. I had to stand there for 20 minutes, on top of a 10 minute drive, to finally get my order, and when it was finally ready, the staff threw it rudely on the counter and walked away with an upset look in his eyes. I'm a freelance delivery driver. Not only does that wait make my client unhappy, but it also prevents me from taking more orders and making money. Do NOT order Uber Eats, doordash, etc. From here. It will be late as hell. Pathetic service for mid tier food at best.
The ghost pepper wings are the best. Let me tell you how good they are. They're so good I bought some on a Friday night. And went right back that Saturday night and placed another order to go. I highly recommend them. I'm going to place an order or 2 for my lunch today. Sincerely Janay Allen
