Domino’s Pizza Genval

Not happy really not commercial arriving late for pizza so not possible to repeat the order then having to redo 1 order but in Wavre it's really a shame for me

Super friendly staff who apologized several times because our order was never delivered first but were able to redo it while giving us the benefit of promotions.

Ordered several times in the evening via the site. Wide choice of pizza, easy to order. The system that tells you where your order is is pretty well done and allows you to get there when it comes out of the oven. Decent quality pizzas. Their fried chicken dishes are super good. Friendly and polite staff (personally never noticed the worries that some seem to have had at noon), value for money quite correct (sometimes even very interesting when there are specials).

I came during my lunch break which lasts 1 hour. You are told 15 minutes of waiting, but after 20 minutes of waiting, still nothing. We go to the counter to find out more and they tell us that they have ONLY put our pizzas in the oven. Namely that there are 3 of them, two of them laugh together instead of preparing pizzas. And the other is near the ovens on his phone. I would no longer go to dominos in Genval. When we were leaving, they let us go to pizza hut. REALLY UNPLEASANT. It is really time to review the quality of your staff, because they are incompetent.

Staff chatting and laughing instead of preparing orders. Unpleasant. And it takes 25 minutes to create a pizza, not including cooking. And tell us 15 minutes waiting.
