Express Pizza - Rize

I ordered from this business via the food cart. When I called to say that I wanted the pizza to be pepper-free, as they did not offer an option when placing the order, I was told that your pizza is in the oven. When I said to cancel it, it was supposed to be without pepper. They said we cannot cancel, we will send it to you after choosing the peppers from the pizza. When I insisted that I did not want to eat the fingered pizza, OK. They said they would re-make it and send it back, but the pizza that arrived was actually fingered red peppers and the green peppers were not selected properly. What they did was not enough, they also lied. When I explained the situation to the owner of the establishment in detail and told him that his employee was lying to me and trying to deceive me, he never admitted his mistake. The treatment you will face when you seek your rights is the last one. It's so disgraceful..don't even bother ordering it.. It was the first time I came to Rize and I ordered by chance. Really both the pizza was great and the sauces they sent with it, as a person who likes hot, I liked it.
