Burger King - Roanoke

Absolutely terrible. I drive to doordash and they locked the door when I went up and saw the bag in my hand. So I go through and wait 15 minutes for 4 cars in front of me, and they served only one car!

Was like any other bk. except what made this special one-strip special, is that I was $1 short on my bill and asked the man to return a milkshake I had ordered, so I would have enough, but instead he did not tell me to take care of him and covered it for me. it may have been a dollar, but for me it meant a lot and proved that there are still good people here in this crazy world in which we live today.

I took my son to Burger King for his eighth birthday to get him a milkshake, and the management and service staff were really cool?they gave him a toy and a cookie. It?s hard in this day where everyone keeps to themselves, but they were really nice to us. That really made my son?s day.

Sad, sad $1 taco. They come frozen with a meat and cheese on them. They go in in the deep fryer, and they add like 2 pieces of lettuce. Not like they show in the commercial ? I added pictures...thin and greasy Taco Bell can relax

This is not a good burger king. It smells badly when you go in. If you go to the drive through, their speaker is busted and you cant hear what they say. Apparently they cant hear what you say either as I repeated my order three times and they still got it wrong. When I checked still sitting in the line and informed them it was incorrect, the manager screams at me to move away from the window as their timer was running. Idea: how about you get the order correct then I wouldn't have to sit there. I moved as requested, lady bringing food out had no cooth, very unpleasant. It does not surprise me this place is failing. Next time I will drive to Vinton, at least the employees there are respectful. The crossiant was smushed and looked nothing like the pictures. I do not recommend this place, go elsewhere where customers are appreciated not treated as a burden that takes them away from playtime on their phones.
