I misunderstood my order and the cashier and gave me something wrong, I went to the supervisory authority, she looked at the order and she told me that 's what you ordered... then I told her it was the cash register. She wanted me the difference... I told her I wouldn't put my card in because it was her fault, she rolled her eyes and started murming the clergy that made the sandwiches? No excuse. I don't know what happens to customer service there
Nice place. Run well, clean with fresh products and a variety of oroducts.
I wanted to get a salad. The service was fast, and the salad was pretty good. However, I never saw a single table being cleaned. The one I sat on was dirty. The floor was also super sticky. It's hard to say if it's ever been chopped!
Worst Chick-fil-A in the area. You better go outside the mall. Has made several orders wrong. Do not start preparing mobile orders until you reach the counter. This makes the order completely unusable. (The Pick Up sign is also useless, it tells you to go to the counter. And then when they are busy, it takes longer than any other Chick-fil-A to get your food. Usually Chick-fil-A name means good service food. This place is an exception.
I have never had an issue with a Chick-fil-A ANYWHERE. Other restaurants need to send undercover marketing reps to study their sales and service practices to use as training tools for their own staff. From customer service to speed, order accuracy and cleanliness, ...10 out of 5 stars! This is the only thing I missed about the united states while living abroad. ? Gawd Bless Chick-fil-A. You win forever in my book.
