Chipotle Mexican Grill - Roanoke

We eat at Chipotle's all over the country and have come to know them as one of our favorites so when this one opened we thought we'd give it a try. The first time their computers were down and we waited 25 minutes for them to come back up. It was astounding to see how the staff behaved in this time. No eye contact, no empathy, no interaction at all with the customers. A little hospitality would've be nice, but no interaction made it a slap in the face. We left and chalked up

There is bad and there is worse than bad... This places crosses way over the worse than bad range. I do not understand how hard it would be to make a Chipotle as bad as this. I have been to Chipotles all around the East Coast. This year alone even in the big cities I never spent over $10 not including tax, but then you go to this Chipotle and it is a whopping $10.40. Very stingy portions? restaurant was not like this when it opened but now all the workers give noticeably smaller amounts than normal for Chipotle I had been coming here often and have noticed the change across servers and will no longer be going to this location? along with other reviews I suspect management is the fault here. Very disappointed in their new policy of not providing cups for water. They stated it is now their policy to charge the price of a soda to get water. Paying over $10 for 4 small cups of tap water will cause me to stop being a customer. I would understand the restaurant charging a small fee for water cups, but $2.60 each is excessive, in my opinion.

Very disappointed in our dining experience. The portions were small. When my husband asked for a cup for water they said they don?t do that and was very rude about it.
