Foster's - Roanoke

This is the hands down the best sushi in the area. They have a very large menu and offer more choice than any other sushi place I had. A lot of the menu is unique and you will find things that you do not find in other sushi restaurants in the city. It is always fresh and high quality. The staff is also great. My whole family enjoys Fosters and often demands to go here.

Do not go here!!! They don't know the definition of service. The restaurant was half empty. We easily got a table. We were seated for 20 minutes. Not one server came to our table. There were at least 5 servers in the restaurant and some standing around chatting. Another party came in and sat at the table behind us. The server promptly came over to take their drink order. We walked out. There is a reason why this place was half empty while all the other restaurants on the street were packed. STAY AWAY.

We really like this place. sashimi and tools are great. they have a happy hour with great trips on food and drinks. 2 times and liked it again. the spicy tuna rolling were great as the spicy scallop rolling. also a small sashimi that was also good.

I wanted to give 0 stars, but since I can't, I'll leave one. I went with six others. we waited for more than 30 minutes to eat. we have donkatsu and false predators. the donkatsu was cold and dried. if I wanted me to be able to jerk meat because it was practically that. they are not good. the smokers were done excessively and the broth was fat. I do not recommend.

We love it. Great service great food and clean environment . We would recommend to everyone. ???
