They also have their asada which is different than other Carne asada. Very good. I would definitely eat there again. The only thing I wasn't a big fan of was the tequeños. I am not sure if the tequeños have different variations in different cities within Venezuela but these are nothing like the ones I have eaten which kind of
Katies was our server and bartender and drinks were great! We also LOVED the meat lovers pizza. One of the best we've ever had!
Got a margarita pizza, Reina Pepiada, plantains and Papelon Con Limon . For the pizza: the crust wasn't very flavorful and not crispy and is the only thing keeping the pizza from being five star worthy. Really enjoyed this place! Small, cozy environment. I got the garlic knots (splurge for the mozzarella) and the Venezuelan shredded beef with fried egg, black beans, rice and avocado. My friend got the veggie pizza and enjoyed it. Our waitress was kind and funny but a little distracted. Cocktails were good!
My wife is Venezuelan so we have high expectations for Venezuelan food and Leonore has some of the best, authentic Venezuelan food we have ever had!! The cilantro sauce (crema de cilantro) is the best I have ever had and is to do die for! The asado (brisket like meat) was so tender and amazing. Our server, Kachina, was spectacular. She was so attentive and fun to talk to! Also, we did try some Italian food such as the cheesy bread and it was great as well! It's awesome
