I have now visited Mission BBQ in at least 3 cities. I went to the BBQ mission in Fayetteville several times. Another restaurant that you can expect great food and great service, no matter what place you visit. They really have me with their support for our veterans. Love how they design the places. I love the BBQ. Always a treat for the guys working with me. We had two days at noon while we worked nearby. After lunch, my subcontractor bought more BBQ to take home. I had a minute to meet one of the local managers. It is obvious that they love what they do. Many people come here to eat.
Mission BBQ has our work picnic. The team of 3 young adults at our event was EXCEPTIONAL. I mean, they really went the extra mile. They were so professional, personal and the food was also amazing. The set-up was top notch. Very recommended.
Mission BBQ is a fabulous place. Every day at 12noon, everyone stops, salutes, and sings the National Anthem. We rushed in just in time to be a part of this. Photos of veterans are up on the walls, along with the Soldier's Creed. Did I mention the food and service? This BBQ is some of the best we've ever had (and we've had BBQ in many states). The coleslaw, potato salad, the Oreo pudding....everything was awesome. The staff was very attentive and courteous. If we lived in Roanoke and weren't just visiting from out of state, this would be our regular spot to eat. Well done, Mission BBQ, and thank you!!!
Wonderful experience. People here, literally the entire staff, are super friendly, polite, professional, kind, helpful, warm, and attentive. The baby back ribs are in the photo. As you can see, the meat falls off the bone (for real) and has a delicious dry rub. Tender and Tasty, these ribs are a straight up delicacy. Mac and cheese is creamy and delicious. Cornbread, delicious, homemade. The apple cobbler, homemade delicious; just the right amount of sweet and cinnamon. The place closes today, Thanksgiving eve, at 17:00. However, patrons were finishing their meals up until 17:45; and never once were rushed, always made to feel relaxed and welcomed. This was my first time to a Mission BBQ; there will be many more visits.
