Starbucks - Roanoke

I love this location. Staff is friendly and coffee is perfect.

The people are always so nice and greet you with a smile!

Great coffee, of course! The chestnut praline latte is a great holiday drink; I prefer it half sweet.The bathrooms need some maintenance, since the toilet we used no longer flushes automatically, and the bathroom doors were hard to open even though they were not in use.

I enjoy this Starbucks very much. 99% of the time I visit the drive thru. The people are always exceptionally friendly. Many remember my name and drink I order. There's a manager there named Kim, whom I've known from a few years prior at another Starbucks location, she always recognises me and asks how things are going. If there's no one in line in back of me we chit chat for a bit. Even though it's a chain, you're still treated as if it's a small mom pop store where customers are looked at as a friendly neighbour and not just an order.

But anyway, I picked up 2 business cards in Oct. of 2022 n wanted to make some inquiries as to how to solicit donations, because, to my understanding, Starbucks HAVE DONATION LINKS, whether it 's thru its website, OR, its social media.
