Viva la Cupcake - Roanoke

I've been to viva la cupcake several times, but they never seem to catch when they're open. their hours are fairly limited, closed on Sunday Monday and closed at 18 o'clock on weekdays, making it difficult to get there. we went to the shop yesterday and were impressed by the variety of the aromes offered. we decided to try the s’mores, mountain dew, chocolate chip cookie dough, boston cream. the chocolate base (s’mores cookie dough) were much better from the 4 and had more taste. they did a good work to mix the ingredients in the name of the cupcake in the teig instead of simply on the cupcake (which many places seem to do). The Best!. We will agree w/ the other reviewers.... Maybe not the cutest cupcakes in town, but by far the best tasting! (and pretty darn cute too! . We love the fruit ones best... Lemon, banana, blueberry etc. Have yet to have any flavor I didn 't finish and want more! (many cupcakes, about half way through... I 've had enough . Great service too... super sweet people. Love all the creativity that goes in each one of her cupcakes, haven't had a bad tasting cupcake since we've been going there. The only thing we've noticed is that they taste very similiar to the popular boxed cakes we're all used to, but since she adds her own spin to it, we give her props! :

Best in Town!. Viva la Cupcake definitely has the best cupcakes in town. You can tell that the ingredients are fresh and real, not mixes. There are other cupcake shops in town that make cupcakes that are feasts for the eyes, but they disappoint the tummy. Viva la Cupcake definitely does not disappoint the tummy or the taste buds! My favorite is the strawberry, it has a fantastic and intense strawberry flavor.

Cupcakes are dry and not amusing. I was terribly disappointed.
