Whataburger - Roanoke

Terrible, terrible staff. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich, but when I got to my office, there was no sausage. It wasn’t a huge deal, but the next day, I returned to the drive-thru and politely informed them that they had forgotten the sausage the day before. The store manager responded dismissively, saying, "Well, that's weird," and handed me my order without offering to replace the missing sausage. Again, no big deal. She did mention that my new order had sausage, and I said I’d check. Then, out of nowhere, she told me to leave her drive-thru or she would call the police. I asked her not to be rude and to let me check my order before driving away. Instead, she proceeded to call the police. I ended up driving off, but I will never return to this location again. I really like Whataburger, but the Roanoke branch will never get another cent from me.

I believe in giving praise where it’s due, especially when service is exceptional. On Halloween, this place was bustling; the drive-thru was busy and the dining area was always filled with customers. Despite the chaos, the staff was incredibly friendly. Joshua, whose name is on my receipt, was particularly wonderful. He brought my food to me and was so courteous throughout. My meal was hot and fresh, which is always a plus. This has officially become my favorite location. Thank you, Roanoke WB, for a fantastic experience, delicious food, and a much-needed moment of relaxation after a night of trick-or-treating with the kids. It was exactly the comfort food I needed!

I always enjoy dining at Whataburger. This visit was especially pleasant as there were no long lines, which is usually the case. The staff was also very friendly.

Excellent customer service. As I was walking up an employee was entering the building ahead of me. He was fast enough ahead where you wouldn't expect him to hold the door open for me but he did. The cashier was awesome and friendly and we had our fooddelivered to our table with a condiment tray. I had to look around and make sure I was in a day food burger place. Staff wasawesome, and of course the burgers were good too. This location is run the right way.

Just wanted to express how proud I am of the young man Mr. Ernest. So respectful. Handed me my food with the most heart felt smile. The time I needed a smile the most, He was there at the ready. Thank you young man. (And no i ve never met Him before????
