Contribuisci feedbackAlright customer service, but i don’t go to Starbucks for the customer service i go there for the drinks. Ordered a venti pink drink light ice, got the ice part wrong but my drink is nearly white in color basically all coconut milk not to mention they forget the dehydrated strawberries in the drink as well (which isn’t too much of a problem tbh)
Everytime I go to this place it's always something wrong, I would not suggest this starbucks to anyone.
Worst Starbucks I've ever been to, ever. I tried going 4 or 5 times since living in N Mpls. Once I was in line 30 min and (stuck because of their driveway design) was not thanked or apologized to when it was my turn to order. Messed up my drinks twice; got a free coffee for one of those because of a nice manager. Had the same sort of weird slow service at the walk up inside Hy-Vee so, no more SBs for me. ?
It is a thing to get a little secured, but if the drive thru keeps the line for 15/20 minutes 2 days in order to get rid of my business. I know the staff is hard, but that's coffee. that shouldn't take long. they can actually park the person who keeps the line while they end the order so that the people will not be taking them in the drive thru caught.
I go to this location almost everyday of the week. The early morning crew is great. The last three times I've been there, the girl working the to go window is rude and wearing a sleeping cap. I've worked in the restaurant world for 27 years. I'll deal with the sleeping cap but the rudeness I absolutely will not. Looking for a new location
