Absolutely terrible customer service (and the food is not good either)! I've never encountered such rudeness and unprofessionalism from a restaurant owner in my life. This was our first time trying this place. We drove 25 minutes to pick up our order, only to find they forgot the side salad that came with my husband's meal. When he called to inform them, the owner accused him of lying! He was actually yelling at my husband over a side salad; what kind of operation is this? He makes the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld look like a friendly person. A decent restaurant owner would simply apologize and offer a refund for a few dollars. This guy was horrendous! We strongly advise against going here—there are plenty of excellent Italian restaurants nearby with much better management. Additionally, the food was below average. Everything tasted overcooked and bland. I ordered a shrimp salad for $19, and there were literally only two shrimp in it (see the picture below). This owner needs to learn to cook better and treat customers with respect if he wants his business to succeed. We will definitely be telling everyone to steer clear of this restaurant!

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor customer service. Our group of friends decided to try it for dinner, but it fell short of our expectations. We ordered the mozzarella ball appetizer, which arrived cold. When we sent it back, it came out again simply reheated and mashed like soup. A few friends ordered from the kids' menu, and the waiter took their orders without mentioning that adult portions were required. When the bill arrived, we were shocked to see a charge of TWENTY-TWO DOLLARS for chicken tenders, which aren’t even listed on the adult menu. When we expressed our confusion about the pricing, the staff responded with attitude and were unhelpful. It was truly frustrating. Next time, we’ll stick to our go-to places.

I highly recommend Villa Barone. The food is fantastic—I had the veal with figs served over fettuccine, and it was delicious. The restaurant is BYOB, so you can bring your favorite wine or drinks to enjoy with your meal. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, though it can be a bit noisy inside. The service is excellent; the staff is friendly and ensures that you're satisfied with your dining experience. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for dinner!
