Subway Sandwiches Salads - Robert

This restaurant is dirty. The bathroom is dirty, the tables are dirty and there are crumbs and used napkins on the floor. We just ate there and will absolutely not go back. The bread was also stale. While we were there, one worker gossipped withcustomers she obviously knew while her male counterpart stayed busy behind the counter restocking. Her time would have beenbetter spent with a broom. Additionally, the Coke in the machine was out and neither of the tea dispensers had tea. The Subwaymothership should do a standards and quality audit for this franchise.

Stopped to grab a bite to eat as fast as possible in order to get back on the road. There were ten of us, and only two girls working. They got our food to us so quickly and were really nice. Clean, quick, efficient!!

I placed a $50 order that included several sandwiches, and every single one was wrong. Some sandwiches had extra meat that wasn’t supposed to be there, and all of them were supposed to have cheese, but not one did. My husband went back to the restaurant to address the issues, and they remade one sandwich, but even that was incorrect. By that point, he was exhausted and starving, so he just accepted what they gave him and left. The employees were unfriendly, and they clearly don’t pay attention to online orders. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve had these issues. The meat was cold, the bread was soggy and unappetizing, and none of the sandwiches were dressed as specified in the order.

It really depends on who is working and making your sandwich at the time, but I haven't had a bad experience in about a year.

The salad options were missing cucumbers, which was disappointing. Additionally, there was something off about the food that made my entire family sick. Overall, it was not a good experience.
