You can tell that the chefs who prepare the food genuinely love what they do; they make the most of seasonal ingredients while demonstrating great skill in their craft. It's astonishing that no one has thought to create boudin fried rice before—it's a brilliant dish, and they delivered it flawlessly. Our meals were served hot and on time, even accommodating our medically complex table without any issues.
