As for the food, the chicken seemed freshly cooked but was extremely crunchy—almost overcooked and hard. I couldn't eat it, and my husband, who usually enjoys 2 to 3 pieces, only managed to eat one thigh. There was absolutely no seasoning on the chicken, and the packets of salt and ketchup didn’t help. The mashed potatoes and gravy were mediocre, and the macaroni and cheese was similarly unseasoned. The onion rings were just as hard and overcooked as the chicken, lacking any seasoning as well. The biscuits, however, were the only highlight of our meal. I packed up the leftovers to take home and asked for a bag to carry the four boxes and two sides. The staff member seemed annoyed by my request and was even more irritated when I asked for a second bag. The overall cleanliness of the place was unsatisfactory. We won’t be returning due to the lack of air circulation, cleanliness issues, and subpar food. As for parking, there's a lot around the building, but it is very uneven.
Spend 30.00 and they charge you for a cup of BBQ sauce. Pitiful!
Food is amazing. First time eating here. Fried chicken might be the best I have ever eaten.
I have been going to Danny's for years, but my recent visit was terrible. They served me dark meat instead of white, giving me three legs without any thighs. The chicken that was supposed to be fresh took 20 minutes to arrive, and it was sorry chicken at best. I'm very disappointed, and when I tried to call them, they wouldn’t answer. I’m done with this place.
