Mcdonald's - Robertsdale

Placed a mobile order waiting 30 minutes never got food, went in and they had set it as a door folder so that my eating was cold

They were friendly, but quite incapable. the speaker outside didn't work, and they ignored my mother when she tried to tell them that it didn't work. how the worker turned completely and didn't recognize it at all when we were standing on the window. they have also made the half of our order wrong, even if it appeared correctly on the screen. only a very strange desire. again everyone was nice, seemed simply undertrained and probably very underpaid, so they didn't really care about a whole lot.

What? this mcdonald has a new lobby that is a big down voice. what a completely soulless lobby. no beverage station, no air conditioning, no serviettes available, no nothing, just a few small stands in a very small escaping area. if the escap is even open, which is not the half of the time. seriously mcdonalds show some respect before their customers. that's insulting. It's obvious they don't want you there. put back the old lobby and stink them jobs by serviettes and decent place to eat.

It's pretty reliable and the employees are nice. it would be nice to see or offer butter with my heel flakes.

In my local area this is my favorite McDonald's. my food is always hot, my French fries are always fresh and the staff is extremely friendly. not all McDonald's are created equal! this is the best one in the area.
