Wonderful home cooking. Had pork and sauerkraut, husband had ham and cabbage. Looking forward to trying other items next time.
I stopped by for takeout and ordered the roast beef dinner with potatoes and corn. It was absolutely delicious! I noticed some coconut cake on the counter that looked tempting, so I got a slice to take home as well. The coconut cake was so incredible that I decided to order a whole cake for Christmas. It’s honestly the best coconut cake I've ever had. I'm planning to return this week for dinner and to try her peanut butter and coconut eggs.
Excellent home cooking sort of experience. This is refreshingly differentThey have great food. Drinks come from a cooler. They have home made candy. You can eat in or order for takeout. We have done both. I had the meatloaf burger and cheese fries for takeout and shepherds pie when we ate in. If you eat in, you order at the counter first and pick a table. They will bring your food to the table in fancy dishes. There are games and little toys and finger puzzles everywhere. The place is decorated with owls of all kinds. This is a hometown kind of place. There is a bathroom.
Last month, I had a slice of coconut cake during the Best Kept Secrets Tour, and it was the best coconut cake I've ever tasted— even better than my own! So, I decided to order a whole cake for Christmas. We also tried some dinners last month, and the food was delicious with great prices! I highly recommend checking out this local small business. You can dine in or take your order to go!
