You would kick me OUT OF TOWN!!! 1st water down tea ,chicken was COLD side just one fries not with salad no . NOT LIKE IT WAS BE FOR THEY MOVED , JUST YOU ORDER AND PAY EAT THEN MOVE OUT BE FOR THE FLY S COME..Food: 1/5

Super fast service. The food was hot. The quality has really gone down hill. Breaded tendons and beaks? Pretty gross. I’m not eating it. I also won’t be back. Used to love Bushes. Now the tea is so sweet I can’t even drink it. Pretty disappointed.

Showed up at 9:15, lobby is supposed to be open until 10:00, all doors locked. Go through drive thru and multiple employees go to a car that is obviously someone they know and talk with them and do not approach my vehicle. No one ever came to my truck and multiple employees inside the restaurant but not serving any customers.

I went to get utensils but found none in the box. When I asked the staff for utensils, the girl just randomly asked, "What do you want?" I replied, "Forks," and when I requested two, that was the end of our interaction. There were dead flies in the window areas and a few on our table, thankfully not buzzing around. I then realized I hadn't received a receipt, so I went back to the counter to ask for one. The manager asked who had served us, and when I told her, she shrugged and said she could print another receipt. At this point, I was fed up with the lackluster customer service from this group of slow-moving, unsmiling staff who seemed disorganized. I remarked that it looked like no one wanted to be there, and she simply admitted that they didn’t. I suggested she should fire them, because at today’s dining costs, I refuse to support establishments with poor service. They need to either train their staff or let them go. I will not be returning.
