I try to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but once again you all continue to fail. Every single time I come into this place all of the workers act like they don’t see people in line ready to place their order. They will look at you dead in the face, say nothing and continue doing whatever they are doing. Nobody acknowledges you, if they are in the middle of doing something and they see you, they never have the common courtesy to tell you they will be with you shortly. I’m usually calm and understandable but at this point we’re all grown and if your going to work in any kind of customer service, have some kind of respect and show common courtesy to the customers. Clearly they are under horrible management and clearly the employees have no sense of accountability. I’ll never come back this Panera bread again, it’s the same thing every single time.

They need some gluten free soup choices and staff need to be educated on gluten free diets

We chose to go to this establishment over the others in the area because of the great service. Cleanliness of the tables, floors, etc. The personnel at this restaurant is top notch.

A great fast food joint serving breads, sandwiches, soups, drinks, coffee combo meals, healthy, fresh!.

I eat at Panera often. I really like the food and the service. I just wish there were more vegan options available, soups to be specific. Please bring back the Edamame bowl.
