Jack Binion's Steak Robinsonville

I highly recommend this steakhouse. The service is exceptional and the food is consistently excellent. You must try the Lobster Mac and cheese. The prices for dining in range from $50 to $100 per person. I give top marks for the food, service, and atmosphere, all receiving a solid 5 rating. I recommend trying the steak and Lobster Bisque.

The restaurant had a vibe that reminded me of where the good fellas would dine, and the server was pretty decent. However, the main issue was with the food. I ordered the 18 oz steak, which was priced at 75 dollars, but it was terrible. It was cooked medium, but all I could taste was a burnt, charred flavor. This level of quality might be expected at a small-town cafe that doesn't specialize in steaks, but not at a steakhouse. Another person in my party had the tuna and also found it to be subpar. The complimentary bread was dry and tough, and for 75 dollars, one would expect at least a side dish included, but this was not the case. I had to order steak fries for an additional 12 dollars. I ended up sending the steak back, something I have only done twice in my life. In summary, the food was disappointing, with a rating of 1 out of 5. The service and atmosphere were average, both receiving a rating of 3 out of 5.

The atmosphere at Jack Binions was both relaxing and bustling. Our server, April, took excellent care of us. She started by serving us water and then inquired about our drink preferences, offering excellent recommendations for wines and cocktails. When it came time to order our meals, April suggested some fantastic dishes; I decided to try the seabass with brocollini, and it was simply delicious. Our entire experience at Jack Binions was exceptional. A big thank you to April and the rest of the staff for their impeccable service! My wife made reservations over a month in advance we arrive on time on Monday night for my wife's birthday dinner only to realize yaw aren't a steak house we are seated in a bar and given I guess what was supposed to be a menu and it has only one cheap cut of shoulder steak that's it no Ribeye no filet no nothing ruined my wife's birthday please change your name to just we don't serve steak here I was offered a hamburger but quickly decided to go to 8oz burger which is a great place at a fraction of what your prices are we are very disappointed next trip we'll go over to any other casino that has a steak house to eat

I ordered short ribs to go. When I got home and ready to eat I found a long hair in my food. Tried calling there but apparently you can't reach anyone. I won't be going there again or recommend them. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
