I can't believe I've never been here before. We stopped by on our way to Houston. The food at this little restaurant is exactly what you would expect when you go visit Grandma who hasn't seen you in a while. The salsa in the complementary chips and salsa was DELICIOUS. We had to ask for more salsa. It's delicious homemade food that has you coming back again. I will definitely make it a goal to stop by here whenever we make our yearly trip down and back to Brownsville/South Padre Island.

Food was decent. Definitely different. If you like a twist to your traditional, I would definitely recommend.

A waitress in the restroom didn't wash her hands, the rice tasted like plastic, the parillada had no flavor, and the refried beans were dry. It needs more flavor. Not worth it
