Just perfect for the eyes, excellent for our belly. In short too good. I ordered a meal for 12 people, cod, small vegetables, cranberry potatoes, Saint-jacques, shrimp and langoustines. A real pleasure! But with this dish a pear sauce to fall on the ground.
