Lackluster experience in a dirty wine glass. Now I bet the bot sends the canned response. But that in no way will make up for the three lamb chops that were presented resembling a Kingsford charcoal briquet served with charred carrots and potato that were actually undercooked. Star of the evening the lemon desert. The view is great. But it’s not clean nor comfortable. Well advised to seek alternatives. A long time ago, this place was nice: the food, view and quality. Right now, it is absolutely overrated, overpriced and disappointing place. What happened to the menu? There is absolutely nothing to choose from. There are only 7 entries!!! Only 7 and 3 of them are vegetarian. Portions are extremely tiny. It is the first time in the history when I left the restaurant hungry while ordering $40 salmon and the dessert. Everything was nothing. The dessert was a joke. Leftover cookies smashed on the plate and sprinkled with whipped cream. What a disaster. The waiter brought my husband’s food first, and I was waiting for my food for another 15 minutes, staring at his extremely small soup and salad. This place is trying to be upscale while the staff does not know what they are doing. We didn’t have a pleasant experience, it was a ruined evening. Never again. If something is not changed, this place will loose the customers.
Absolutely wonderful birthday celebration! Started with the desert martini, a combination of house gin, red chili vodka, aloe liqueur, jalapeño and lime juice..the taste of the desert with a refreshing twist. Then a delicious take on a potato salad of potatoes, green beans, tomatoes and black olives with a Champaign dressing. Topped off with entrees of beef filet, expertly prepared and lamb shank also cooked to perfection with roasted carrots. Wines were pared perfectly with the meats. Desserts looked wonderful but to full to enjoy. Beautiful setting on the bluff of the Missouri River and picturesque views while enjoying the delicious dinner. Will definitely go back. I dined in, and here’s how I’d rate my experience: - Service: 5/5 - Atmosphere: 5/5 - Parking: Plenty of spaces available in a free parking lot. Overall, I spent between $1 and $10 per person.
I attended a wedding at this venue and it was perfect for the occasion. The food was rated a 4, the service was excellent at a 5, and the atmosphere also received a 5.
