Applebee's - Rochester

We visited the restaurant for a graduation dinner, and the experience was delightful. The service was excellent, and our waitress, Barbara, was outstanding.

My friend and I only get the chance to have a few nights out without the kids every now and then, so we've been to Applebee's in Gates a few times and usually sit at the bar. The bartender, Matt, is always very friendly and welcoming. He even remembers us from our previous visits! The drinks are excellent, and the food is quite good too! It's nice to have a place close to home where we can enjoy decent meals. A big shoutout to Matt for being so awesome!

Applebee's has the best minestrone soup I've tasted anywhere in the country. I love it so much that I always order it whenever I'm there, and it never disappoints!

We just waited 10 minutes before we sit. The staff is very friendly and always ensured that we were fine with drinks and the removal of plates. We'd eat here again. Win 4 stars because the parts were on the small side.

Have always been a fan so when my friend suggested going for the 2 for $20 lunch deal I was all in. Arrived around 1:30 p.m. on a Wednesday and we were promptly seated. The atmosphere was warm, inviting and most important was the cleanliness and neat appearance. I ordered the house salad, cheeseburger fries. Absolutely the best burger fries I have ever had, hands down! My friend ordered the Ceaser salad, Lime Fiesta Chicken and garlic mashed potatoes raved about how delicious her lunch was. We had Pepsi with free refills agreed it tasted like it was poured from a bottle instead of the fountain. We had an excellent lunch the bill was less than $29. Definitely worth it. Special shout out to our waitress Heidi who was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable with the menu made sure everything we asked for was delivered in a timely manner. A true professional an asset to the wait staff. To the manager Patrick who took time to come to our table, listen to our input also pointed out the upcoming specials for March. And lastly to the cook prep staff who ensured the quality of the food prepared our lunch with love. Will we go back? Absolutely....I have to try the Lime Fiesta Chicken. After that I see another cheeseburger fries in my future. Well done Applebees!
