Ordered a gluten free bun, paid extra for it. They then told us they were out of them, so ate the burger without a bun. Went to get the gf charge refunded and they gave us a bun...very disorganized and slow service. Food was just ok.

The bill grays version of the classic rochester garbage plate is a classic and also with mac and cheese. sweet potato fries and meat sauce are also so good. fill and eat comfort overcrowded me.

Really great service and excellent burgers! They aren’t cheap so you shouldn’t eat here unless you use coupons which are available for free from their website. In my opinion this is one of the best if not the best garbage plate options in Rochester. Good hot sauce and comes with two burgers.

This location is terrible. Food is either beyond over cooked, or the burger is so pink it’s still mooing. And today, I have a black hair in my burger. Would not recommend wasting your money, go to a different location.
