Buffalo Wild Wings Rochester 16th St.

The food was definitely really good. We were here a couple years ago and it has definitely gotten better. We were hesitant to go due to that but we had a great time. Server was nice but we did have to go get our own beers one time. I would definitely go back though.

The food was excellent but it was cold this time and the service at this location sucks. Took us 5 minutes to get seated initially. Waitress never came back to see if we needed drink refills or anything. When we were ready to leave she never came by. We had to ask another waitress if she could help us get our bill because our waitress was no where and we had sat for 10 minutes waiting for our waitress to come by to see if we were ready for our bill. They weren't even busy at all. This is the second time we've been there and the service has sucked both times.

Ordered online they didn't give the delivery driver my whole order and it took almost an hour for them to fix it and when they did the soda I ordered had no flavor at all. This was one of many times they have messed up my order like this. I've never had this bad of a problem ordering online from any other restaurants just this one

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is the 3rd time in a row our service has been dreadful. The food is consistently good, but being pretty much forgoten about by your server for the duration of your meal and topping it off messing up the checks ruins it.

ALWAYS FORGETTING STUFF. This is the second time ordering online and they forgot our fries both times. Employee ? double checks ? and tell us everything is in the bag. Then we leave 20 mins away from store only to find out everything was in fact, not in the bag. I don?t want to keep driving back and forth from the store. Food becomes cold also. Work on this.
