I don't know if they're low on the staff or suffer from bad management, but when I arrived to catch up, there were 10 people waiting to pick up. it seems that the app times for picking up could not refuse. if they order ten people at 18 o'clock, but the load can only charge 5 pick-ups at this time, then these people are happy. it can certainly not calculate online orders and people in business. the personal seems to be stressed and overworked. if the app restricts how many people can order to at a certain time that would probably help. or let them rent more people.
I have often gone to this chipotle and the customer service is always disappointed. When I went this last week, I was very disappointed at the time I had to wait to be served. it was around 8 o'clock when my friend and I got chipotle and we waited to be served for about 20-30 minutes. please come with a better system to manage online pick-up jobs vs in person customers. so a shame that I had as many experiences as this at this Chipotle site.
The employees here are very good. a girl began her layer and there was a line of 10-12 takeout customers. I suspect that some online confusion has been practiced and too many orders have been received for the same time slot. the employee rushed to the back and gave orders and probably made them. At the same time, there were home customers that other employees were served. Yes, we had to wait, but that was a mistake they couldn't help. employees had all sorted under 15 minutes and my eating was hot and tasty. they made a stellar job in an unusual high-pressure situation and also during the evening meal! parking: large plot
Placed pick up order on Chipotle website for the Pittsford location for 7:10. When we got there a hand written paper sign said Closed at 7 on the door. But they forgot to lock the side door. They had the employee orders behind the counter and all food sitting out. But no customer orders. Employees said upper management forgot to turn off online order. Coincidentally it 's Halloween weekend. Not the first time Pittsford closes before posted hours. When I called the guest service number, at first they offered nothing besides a refund. The they offered a measly bag of chips for our wasted time and drive. Complete disappointment from employees right to management and corporate customer support.
ASIA rocks! I haven’t seen such customer service in a long time. My daughter wanted seconds on her rice and beans and it was already 10 minutes to close. When i went to order it, they did not have any seasoned brown rice. So Asia quickly seasoned some ESPECIALLY for my daughter so she could have some. It would’ve been completely easy and even acceptable for her to be like “sorry, we are out of the brown rice”. But this woman scrambled so fast and made the rice for my daughter. She was AWESOME. Great asset to your team Chipotle! The other girl with glasses on the register was also super sweet. I forgot to ask her her name! I was there just now (9/3 3:45pm)
