Despite her bad attitude, I remained polite as I work with people all day and understand the importance of good customer service. It's disappointing that the first person customers interact with can set the tone for their entire dining experience.
I am extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. It is frustrating to receive an incorrect order. I can excuse missing a topping, but my sub arrived without any of the items I requested - no oil, no veggies, no mayo, and the meat was dry and old. The bread was so stale that it actually cut the roof of my mouth. It seems like they gave me an old and outdated sub. Is it really that difficult to make a sandwich correctly? Additionally, after eating this sub, I felt sick later in the night. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant.
The customer service at this restaurant is lacking. The staff spent 15 minutes chatting with each other instead of taking orders. It took six people 20 minutes to make a cold sub for only two customers. They definitely need a new manager to improve efficiency.
My man and I were here for lunch today and it was incredible! I had the dagwood and he had the Italian choice. the best subs we had! kudos to you today in this Dibellas team! amazing service and service!
I love their subs and steak sandwiches they are so good I will eat there every day if I could
