Dibella's Subs - Rochester

The 14-inch sub roll was large and topped with some kind of seed, not sesame. I ordered the baked Godfather sub, but the meat was overcooked, tasting almost like very thinly sliced bacon. It was disappointing.

It has been a while since I had a DiBellas sub. I don't know why it took me so long! The Dagwood sub was amazing! The flavor and freshness brought back memories of a different time. Thank you, DiBellas!

I frequent this restaurant often. While the food is always good, I had a negative experience with the server who took my order today. Despite her bad attitude, I remained polite as I work with people all day and understand the importance of good customer service. It's disappointing that the first person customers interact with can set the tone for their entire dining experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. It is frustrating to receive an incorrect order. I can excuse missing a topping, but my sub arrived without any of the items I requested - no oil, no veggies, no mayo, and the meat was dry and old. The bread was so stale that it actually cut the roof of my mouth. It seems like they gave me an old and outdated sub. Is it really that difficult to make a sandwich correctly? Additionally, after eating this sub, I felt sick later in the night. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant.
