Dunkin - Rochester

Drive thru is slow usually (so go inside if you're in a hurry), but service is great otherwise!

Let me begin by saying that I am not a cop and yet I love doughnuts. Especially dunkin' donuts (no offense Tim Hortons your coffee is still great). But days when I am really depressed, it is the doughnuts here that lift my mood. Must be all the addedsugar. Well if it does the work, even for two hours, who am I to complain. Five stars. My favorite depression place.

I visited this restaurant on the morning of April 20th, 2023, around 7:30 AM, and I was extremely disappointed with the service. The woman working that morning was incredibly rude; she yelled at me to hurry up while I was trying to ask my daughter what kind of donut she wanted. There were only two cars in front of me, and none behind, so it wasn't like I was holding up the line. Her unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, and she should consider finding a job elsewhere because it's people like her that tarnish a business's reputation. I ended up driving away out of frustration. On top of that, the coffee is always wrong. When I order an extra-large coffee with cream and sugar, they just give me whatever they feel like. It’s never the correct order.

While I was waiting in line (I've been coming here daily), I noticed that once again, there is only one employee working. It's disappointing to see this happen so frequently, especially considering how much they earn. Maybe they should have three staff members during busy times if having just two isn't sufficient. This is quite frustrating.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru line before my order was taken. When I reached the window to pay, I was informed that they didn't have the type of donut I had ordered.
